Since reading this book, I've become a huge fan of coconut oil as a skin-care product. It soaks right into your skin without leaving you feeling greasy. My dog has had a hotspot (a calloused, hairless patch) at the base of her tail forever. Short and sweet. I thought this book might have a recipe or two but it was informative about coconut oil.
The aurthor is very knowledgeable with a lot of beneficial information that can help everyone! I encourage others to purchase this book!
TJust found the miracle of coconue oil. Use it as moisturizeron face and body, on scars, eat it as vitamin, and on wey hair as deep conditioner.
First off, this isn't a book. Its pamphlet sized and offers no useful information. Glad I got it for free.
I thought this book had good content but could use more information. It was a good refresher for me on the importance of coconut oil.

I was desperate to see if anything would =help me heal the leg ulcers and dry damage of them on my legs... and when I read this book, well I tried it, and it worked like the miracle I prayed for. Im now using it on my dog, who has a thigh rash, and its healing too. Then I tried using it in my hair.. lordy it made my fine hair so silky. This book is amazing teaching you how to use coconut oil for all kinds of things, and low and behold it works!! happy camper!! Thank you Sherri!!
